The composition of the liquid and the filling temperature are fundamental starting data. For vacuum packaging, a suitable pouch and a filling and sealing method matched to the technology must be selected. The product, the film, the spout and the cap work as one system, so the packing trial examines the complete assembly.

An opaque pack, accurate information

As the contents cannot be seen through the silver pouch, the markings must clearly communicate the product identity and the net quantity. In the usage instructions, it is worth clearly stating how to open and reseal the pack and how to store the product after opening. The placement of text must be matched to the position of the cap and the shape of the filled pack. Checking fill accuracy must be organised within the production workflow, as the internal level cannot be followed from the outside.
