In this way, the pack can be handled after sealing without further size adjustment.

Proper support of the filled pouch

In manual packaging, the weight and position of the contents also affect sealing. If the weight of the product pulls the pouch downwards, it is harder to place the top section evenly on the sealing surface. The design of the work surface and the support is therefore important alongside machine selection. The area around the seam should stay clean, with no product residue or moisture on the film.
