Full description

We recommend considering the Boxer 35 tabletop chamber vacuum machine for varied, regularly recurring packaging tasks. Several control and sealing options can be combined with the compact tabletop working space. The right configuration can help make the handling of different products easy for staff to follow, with settings matched to the pouch used.

350 mm sealing in a tabletop design

The chamber measures 370 × 350 × 150 mm and the seal bar is 350 mm long. The 554 × 450 × 405 mm machine works with a pump of 16 m³/h nominal capacity. Check the chamber proportions together with the thickness of the pack and the width of the pouch mouth to be sealed. Filler plates help raise lower products to the right level. After inserting the product, leave room to arrange the pouch as well: a quick movement is only useful if the sealing surface stays clean and straight.

Programs for your product range

The Boxer 35 can be configured with time control or sensor control, and the ability to handle ten programs can help with recurring tasks. Control by time and control by the measured vacuum level follow different setting logic, so the choice is best matched to your products. It is advisable to make the names of the programs and the rules for their use clear in the workshop too. With a new pouch material or a changed portion size, the result of the previous setting must be checked; a stored program supports the use of the approved working method.

Sealing and air return

The possible sealing configurations include double seal, seal/cut-off, delayed cut-off and a wide 8 mm seal. We choose the right version based on the material structure of the pouch and the desired pack appearance. Soft-air means controlled air return at the end of the process; its effect must be examined with the specific product. For modified atmosphere tasks, a suitable gas flush configuration can be agreed. The choice of gas mixture and the checking of the packaging require a separate professional decision.

Daily care of the chamber

The stainless steel housing and chamber, the transparent lid and the removable wireless seal bars provide an easily accessible working environment. The pump has a maintenance program. An inclined chamber insert or a connector for external containers can be chosen to suit the task. During cleaning, the area around the sealing band and the condition of the gasket deserve particular attention. A properly prepared pouch, a tidy chamber and a checked seal together form the basis of daily packing discipline.

When choosing the Boxer 35, we will help you compare the frequency of product changes, the pouch type and the required sealing method. Besides your most frequent product, it is worth also testing the item that is hardest to pack. This way, beyond the machine size, the control and seal bar configuration can also match the real task.
