Boxer 52 tabletop chamber vacuum machine

The Boxer 52 tabletop chamber vacuum machine offers pack layout options with two seal bars of 410 mm each. It is worth considering if the positioning of pouches and the loading sequence in a tabletop unit determine your daily work. We always plan the use of the two sealing positions together with your real packs and the available work surface.

Two seal bars in the chamber

In the 410 × 520 × 185 mm chamber, the open ends of the pouches can be arranged towards the appropriate seal bar. The two bars alone do not define a fixed number of packs: for that, the pouch width, the product thickness and the spacing must also be known. It is advisable to examine whether your frequent products can be handled with the same or with different layouts. Filler plates support setting the working level. When establishing the loading sequence, also make sure that the first pouch does not shift when the next one is inserted.

A tabletop machine with well-planned operation

The external dimensions of the unit are 700 × 530 × 440 mm, and its nominal pump capacity is 21 m³/h. When sizing the worktop, besides the footprint of the machine, space must also be provided for the open lid and for moving packs. The stainless steel housing and chamber and the transparent lid provide a clearly visible working space. The area around the removable seal bars is accessible during cleaning. In the daily routine, it is advisable to coordinate pack preparation, machine operation and seal checking so that no task obstructs another.

Program selection and sealing configuration

Time control or sensor control and the handling of ten programs can be chosen for recurring packaging tasks. We agree the version of the sealing system according to the pouch used; double seal, seal/cut-off or wide seal may also be considered. Soft-air serves the controlled return of air. Modified atmosphere tasks require a suitable gas flush configuration. The various options are justified when they offer a meaningful benefit for the product and the finished pack, so their selection is best supported by a sample.

The finished pack and daily care

When checking the seal, the result at both sealing positions must be inspected. The pouch mouth should remain clean and crease-free, and the sealing time should suit the material. Besides the pump maintenance program, regular care of the chamber, gasket and sealing components is also necessary. An inclined insert or a connector for external containers can be agreed according to the task. With moist products, preparation and fill level, and with goods with sharp surfaces, the mechanical resistance of the pouch are also part of designing proper packaging.
