Jumbo Plus tabletop chamber vacuum machine
Seal bar length: 280 mm – Cycle time: 15–35 s
Full description
The Jumbo Plus tabletop chamber vacuum machine can be a good choice if you want to pack smaller products in an orderly workflow in a small space. The tabletop design is paired with a vacuum pump with a nominal capacity of 8 m³/h. The choice of machine should therefore be based on examining pack size and work organisation together.
Compact size for the worktop
With external dimensions of 450 × 330 × 295 mm, the machine has a 310 × 280 × 85 mm chamber and a 280 mm seal bar. This design offers a space-saving solution for small portions and lower products. Always check the chamber size with the filled pouch: there must also be room for the film around the goods and the free band for sealing. The load capacity of the worktop, the space for opening the lid and the set-down area for finished packs are as much a part of the installation as the area allocated to the machine itself.
Settings for daily product changes
Vacuum and sealing can be set with digital time control, and the operator can interrupt the operation if necessary. With filler plates, the working depth of the chamber can be adjusted to the pack. Through the transparent lid, the position of the pouch and the progress of the process can be followed. The nominal capacity of the pump alone does not determine the daily output: loading the product, arranging the pouch and removing the finished pack all take time. The machine's role in production is best assessed with these in mind.
Seal quality depends on the details
The 3.5 mm convex sealing wire seals the pouch, but a good result requires a well-chosen packaging material and a clean sealing surface. Lay the open end of the pouch straight and free of creases on the seal bar. When using a different material thickness or structure, it is worth checking the setting with a trial seal. Especially when changing products, it helps if staff follow the same pouch size, fill limit and inspection criteria; this makes faults easier to spot.
Cleanability and optional components
The stainless steel housing, the deep-drawn stainless steel chamber and the removable wireless seal bar provide an accessible working area. Use the pump maintenance program as part of the prescribed care routine. Depending on the task, an inclined insert for packs with liquid, a connector for external containers or a 130 mm raised lid can be chosen. We always examine the use of accessories together with the shape of the product and the planned pouch. With moist food, the fill level and the right product temperature need particular attention.
We recommend planning the integration of the Jumbo Plus around small packs and a clear work routine. Tell us what goods you would pack, in what portion size and how often; we will help you choose the pouch and the machine version. During a preliminary trial, it is worth assessing placement in the chamber, sealing and the handling of the finished pack together.
