The Marlin 52 semi-automatic floor-standing chamber vacuum machine can be integrated into your workspace as a stand-alone packing station. Besides the pack, the film needed for sealing must also fit. A positioning trial with a sample shows which configuration allows the most natural loading movement.

The castor-mounted design can help with positioning and with cleaning the surroundings; during use, a stable working position must be ensured. An easily accessible chamber

The stainless steel housing and stainless steel chamber of the Marlin 52 provide surfaces suitable for regular cleaning. The transparent acrylic lid helps observe the process, and the silicone counter-bars and wireless seal bars can be removed. It is also worth including the use of the pump maintenance program among the shift tasks. An inclined insert or a connector for external containers can be chosen separately. In the deeper chamber, the pouch mouth may need suitable support; the fill level and a clean sealing band must therefore be checked together with the placement of the product.
