Mini small-business external-suction vacuum sealer

The Mini small-business external-suction vacuum sealer offers a tabletop solution for the moderate-volume packaging tasks of smaller businesses. The pouch remains outside the machine, and air-channel (embossed) packaging material is required for air removal. The machine is worth considering when easy access is an important factor alongside product size and workload.

External pouch, carefully chosen material

The channels of the embossed pouch provide the path for drawing off air. The right width and allowance must be chosen so that the open end fits into the machine and a sufficiently clean strip of film remains for sealing. The pack lies on the work surface, so longer or heavier products need stable support. The properties of the pouch must also be matched to the storage and later use conditions. A smooth chamber vacuum pouch does not automatically replace air-channel material.

Controlled vacuum and sealing

The Mini's self-lubricating pump has a nominal capacity of 10 litres per minute. The machine offers automatic and manual modes, digital operation, an LCD display and sensor-controlled vacuum regulation. Sealing is electronically adjustable, and operation includes a timer and an automatic cooling function. The settings must be established on the pouch actually used. During the trial, it is worth watching how the film lies and the entire sealing edge, as movement of the external pouch or creasing of the open end can affect the result regardless of the machine settings.

Filtration and daily care

The liquid separator and the external filter are part of the machine's design. Their care must be adapted to the packaged product and the operating instructions. The presence of the separator does not justify deliberately drawing in liquid; keeping the pouch mouth clean remains important. The stainless steel housing provides accessible surfaces for cleaning. It is worth building checks of the filter, the sealing area and the gaskets into the work routine, especially after tasks involving moist or powdery products.

Compact machine for various tasks

The machine's external dimensions are 420 × 290 × 165 mm. When positioning it, room must be provided in front of the machine for the full pouch length and for removing the finished pack. With suitable accessories and an appropriate lid, vacuum packing of external containers can also be arranged. The suitability of the container and the connection must be examined together, according to the version that fits the machine.
