The required length includes not only the size of the product, but also the bottom seal and the free upper part needed for placing the pouch in the machine.

Contents and handling conditions

This roll, recommended for external-suction packaging, is not intended for vacuum packing soups or liquid foods. Liquid may move towards the opening and may also affect the operation of the device or the seal. Suitable products should be placed so that the area around the seal remains free and the pack is not stretched over sharp parts. Vacuum-packed food must still be stored at the temperature and under the hygiene conditions required by the product.

Transparent pack, verifiable seal

In the transparent roll, the packed contents remain visible, making it easier to identify portions. After sealing, it is worth checking both seals and the condition of the pouch. The name of the contents and the packing details can be attached to the finished pack with tidy labelling. The roll solution is particularly practical if you pack products of varying sizes and want to adapt the pouch length to them. Choosing the right width helps avoid packs that are too tight and hard to handle.
