Working space for your usual portion sizes

The chamber measures 370 × 350 × 150 mm, and the external dimensions of the unit are 525 × 450 × 385 mm. Besides the filled pouch, the free film needed for sealing must also fit in the working space. With filler plates, lower goods can be brought up to the sealing level. Placing several pouches together is only worth planning if each mouth lies flat without obstruction and the packs do not interfere with each other. It is advisable to provide separate areas on the worktop for items waiting to be loaded and those already sealed.

The link between pump and work routine

The 16 m³/h figure is the nominal capacity of the pump; the actual packing rate is also influenced by how full the chamber is, the settings and the manual operations. Digital time control is used to set the vacuum and sealing times. It can be made clear to staff which setting belongs to which product and pouch. The process can be observed through the transparent lid, and a stop function is also available. After the initial setting, check the finished packs regularly too.

An easy-care design for daily use

The stainless steel outer housing and the deep-drawn stainless steel chamber provide easily accessible surfaces for cleaning. The wireless seal bar, which can be removed from the chamber, makes the surrounding area easier to reach. Besides the 3.5 mm convex wire used for sealing, a clean, dry and crease-free pouch mouth is a basic working requirement. The pump maintenance program is part of the machine's care options. It is advisable to build maintenance tasks into the shift routine, so that they do not receive attention only when a fault occurs.

Accessories according to the type of product

An inclined insert can be chosen to help position pouches containing liquid, and a connector for vacuuming suitable external containers is also available. Before choosing an accessory, it is worth examining the fill level of the pouch, the temperature of the product and the position of the seal together. The vacuum pouch chosen for the chamber machine must also suit the later storage or processing task. The result achieved in packing therefore depends on coordinating the machine, the material and the preparation, not on the value of a single setting.
