Mini Jumbo tabletop chamber vacuum machine
Seal bar length: 280 mm – Cycle time: 25–60 s
Full description
We recommend the Mini Jumbo tabletop chamber vacuum machine for packing small products and smaller portions. Its compact design can be an advantage even in preparation rooms where every part of the worktop counts. Evacuation and sealing of the pouch placed in the chamber take place in a single unit, so a clearly defined packaging operation can be fitted into daily work.
Small chamber, well-planned placement
The 310 × 280 × 85 mm chamber and the 280 mm seal bar are primarily designed for smaller packs. The machine needs a footprint of 450 × 330 mm and is 295 mm high. When choosing, allow not only for the largest dimension of the product but also for the free part of the pouch needed for sealing. For flat goods, filler plates help set the right working level. Enough free space must be left around the unit for loading and opening the lid; this is worth taking into account when planning the worktop.
Settings that are easy to follow
The Mini Jumbo works with a nominal pump capacity of 4 m³/h and digital time control. Vacuum and sealing times can be adjusted to the pack, and the process can be stopped if necessary. The transparent lid makes it easy to observe the operation in the chamber. With the first trial packs, it is advisable to note down the settings that work and the details of the pouch used. This is also useful if several different products are packed during the day or the machine is operated by colleagues working in shifts.
An accessible, easy-to-clean working area
The stainless steel housing and the deep-drawn stainless steel chamber suit a regularly cleaned working environment. The wireless seal bar can be lifted out, making the area around it easier to reach. Besides the 3.5 mm convex sealing wire, the condition of the pouch mouth also determines the result of the seal: the sealing band must be laid in place free of creases, product pieces and contamination. The pump maintenance program supports care of the machine; regular cleaning and the prescribed servicing must still be carried out.
Accessories chosen for the product
An inclined insert for positioning packs containing liquid and a connector for vacuuming suitable external containers are available on request. For taller products, a 130 mm raised lid can also be chosen. These options are worth weighing up for the actual task: even a larger lid does not change the length of the seal bar. For food, the suitability of the vacuum pouch is determined by the product and its later use, and vacuum packing does not replace the necessary chilling and hygienic preparation.
To choose the Mini Jumbo, please tell us the size and type of the goods to be packed and your planned daily workflow. Based on this, we will help you match the machine, the pouch and the necessary accessories. A trial with your own product will show whether the small chamber and the available seal length serve your packaging task properly.
